Frace has some Norwegian blood and has studied abroad in france, so hes able to speak English, Norwegian, and French
Slowly learning some japanese thanks to Crepe, still has a long way to go tho-

Frace was gonna be named Francis but his parents mispelled his name when filling out the paperwork and they ended up just sticking with the mispelling so now he's just Fracis-
He prefers to just be called Frace tho
